450 Kg/hr (per day minimum 10 tons) with high speed winders. We use (Prasad GWK) water chiller machine and also compressor for smooth machine function.
We manufacture Tapes from 450 denier to 1500 denier with different colours, shades as per customers requirement. we use US imported SHEET DIE made with hard chrome for fine tapes.
We have latest weaving looms i.e. Nova 6 – 26 nos. with an output of 4000 Meters/day, Nova LS 620 – 6 nos. with an output of 2000 Meters/day, Nova LS
610 – 6 nos. with an output of 3000 Meters/day. We are efficient to manufacture tubular fabric, Centre slit, side slit and gusseted fabrics ranging from 12 inches to 54 inches.
We have the most advanced JP (Gujarat) lamination extrusion coating line with an output of 125 Kg/hr. We manufacture sandwich lamination of woven fabric – Non woven fabric, woven fabric – BOPP film, woven fabric – single and double side lamination.
We have latest high speed Lohia bag conversion machine with the production of 45 bags per minute (162000 bags per day for 3 machines). We have 3 similar
(850 – 2 nos , 1250 – 1 no) bag conversion machines and are efficient to manufacture having width from 12 inch to 48 inch and length from 19.5 inch to 53 inch. Also manufacture bags with cold and heat cutting with single and double fold at the bottom with double stitch.
We have 6 stitching machines with production capacity of 8000 bags per day and having width 12 inch to 54 inch.
We have 2 similar latest manual printing machines the brand name Technopak with production capacity of 2000 bags/hr. We make printing bag size 12 inch to 54 inch.
We laid latest Technopak high speed six color online printing machine with production capacity 5000 bags/hr. width 12 inch to 28 inch and also having gusset & cutting bags.
We use heavy duty Twist Gusset Machine to gusset both laminated and unlaminated fabric. By this we are capable to gusset from 1 inch to 4 inch on either side of fabric width ranging from 15 inch to 30 inch.
