Extrusion
We manufacture 30,000 Kgs of Poly propylene tape per day in our 3 No’s of
Tape plants various Weight and Tensile Strength as per customer requirements.
Weaving
We have 4 to 8 Shuttle Looms which can produce Tubular fabric from
30 cm to 208 cm and Single flat Fabric up to 260 cm on our looms. We produce
2,50,000 Meters of from 55 GSM to 300 GSM per day on our looms. We can manufacture Ultrasonic Cutting Edges for FIBC in Hygienic and Food Grade.
Lamination
We have 2 No’s of Lamination Machines, which can laminate Single Flat Fabric / Double Flat Fabric / Double Side Coating / Sandwich with Paper / Bopp Film and
Non Woven from 80 cm to 208 cm fabric width according to customer requirements.
Lifting Belts
We manufacture 6 mm to 100 mm wide PP/MF/Polyester and
Type C Belts in Any Color customer requirements with a Capacity of
75,000 Meters per day.
Cutting
We have Various Types of Fabric Cutting in Thermal / Cold / Ultrasonic Cutting as per customer requirements. We have 2 No’s of Belt Cutting Machines that can simultaneously cut 10 Pcs at a time up to 10 meters Long Length with
Multiple Markings.
Printing Unit
Printing
We have 5 No’s of Flexographic Printing facilities that can print up to 4 Colors from 30 cm to 200 cm Fabric and we also have Online Six Color Printing Machines where we can print six colors up to 70 cm bag Width.
PE Liners
We produce 60,000 Meters of PE Liners per day for Small Bags up to 66 cm width.
Bag Finishing
We have 6 No’s of Auto Bag Cutting Sewing Machine (BCS) where we can sew Sugar and Food grade Small Bags Stitch up to 125 cm width with a capacity of 1,50,000 bags per day In addition, we have 15 No’s of Manual Sewing Machines to sew small bags and gusset the small bag after printing with a Twist Gusset Machine.
FIBC Finishing unit is build in 40,000 Sq.ft and the floors are Epoxy coated. All Our Sewing Machines are covered with Stainless Steel Tables and all sewing threads are cut with a Hand Thermal Cutter additionally. we have Bag Cleaning and Metal Detectors to meet the needs of Hygiene Bags.
Sewing Yarn
We have in Warehouse 25,000 Kgs per month PPMF / Fibrillated Yarn Making Machines with Updated Twisting Machines ranging from 800 to 6000
Denier yarn for stitching.
