We operate an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 (food safety management), ISO 10002 (customer satisfaction), GMP and BRC for packaging to control every stage of our operations from raw-material sourcing to final dispatch.

Use qualified raw materials from approved suppliers and verify each batch against defined specifications.

Manufacture in controlled, hygienic environments following GMP and BRC requirements, with documented cleaning, handling and pest-control programs.

Apply structured hazard and risk assessments, and monitor critical process parameters in line with our ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 food-safety system.

Test bags for load capacity, seam strength and performance according to relevant FIBC and PP woven bag standards before release.

Maintain full batch traceability and clear, accurate documentation to support customer and regulatory needs.

Operate an ISO 10002-based complaint and feedback process that captures customer input and uses it to drive corrective action and improvement.
